On Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th July the Polygon School held an event with several activities for children and parents to enjoy.
Miss Long provided nail care for boys who wanted it and Mr Vaz performed mini health checks. This included measuring height, weight, lung capacity and blood pressure. The boys learnt how to take their own pulse rate and did this before and after exercise to measure the increase.
