3DRB vs Southampton Boat Show

3DRB recently attended the Southampton boat show, where the pupils got to experience a variety of cool encounters, both on the water and with employers.

This included:

Kayaking.
Paddle boarding.
Going for a ride on the "Ocean Scene" boat.
Going for a ride on a Power boat.
Learning about how engines work.
Talking on Coast guard radios.
Exploring the ocean through VR.
Getting the opportunity to feel the skins of water animals.

They all enjoyed having these experiences, whilst also looking at all the different boats (and dreaming about the ones they wanted), as well as going round all the stalls asking questions to different companies and getting free stuff - So many hats!
