Engagement Programme at Rhinefield Arboretum
This week we made the most of the Spring sunshine and visited the New Forest. We went to Rhinefield Arboretum to look at the native and foreign species of trees and their similarities and differences.
Our pupils looked at the differences between the species by feel, smell and sound. We had the opportunity to study a variety of species including Birches, Cedars, Redwoods, Eucalyptus, Fir and Oaks.
