As part of our Citizenship curriculum at The Polygon we learn about democracy and the importance of voting in an election.
During our first half term back we have not only voted for our class council representatives (blog coming soon) but also our new Head Boy and Deputy! It was great to see so many staff and pupils take part in this years election. Head Boy was won by only 2 votes and we had a tie for Deputy so this year we have two Deputy Head boys!
Congratulations to everyone that ran in this years elections and huge congratulations to Cameron for becoming this years Head Boy and Andrew and Oscar for becoming this years Deputies. I know you will all take your roles seriously and be great role models for the boys at school! Well done!
